Your orders are fulfilled by our global fulfillment partner CJdropshipping. After you place your order, it takes 2-4 business days for us to process, quality-check, and hand it over to the courier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

We have warehouses in the USA, EU, and China, and your order is automatically shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location to ensure faster delivery.

2. FREE Worldwide Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase!
• USA: 7-12 Business Days • United Kingdom & Europe: 8-14 Business Days • Canada, Australia, UAE: 10-15 Business Days • Rest of the World: 10-18 Business Days • Pakistan: 7-12 Business Days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after the 2-4 day processing time.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped from the CJ warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For some international destinations, import duties and customs fees may be charged by your local government. These fees are not included in our price and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcel
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will coordinate with CJdropshipping to resend your order or issue a full refund.
